The CCSU Student-Athlete of the Month is a new initiative launched for 2018-19. Beginning with our September honoree, a Blue Devil student-athlete will be recognized each month for their athletic performance, academic achievement and community involvement.
The CCSU Student-Athlete of the Month is sponsored by long-time supporter and donor Pat Clynes, and his business, Fritz Kennel, in Houston, Texas. Clynes, a Connecticut native, is a generous benefactor of CCSU Athletics, and most recently established the Clynes Athletic Enrichment Fund in August of 2016.
