In the 110 meter hurdles, Latham crossed the finish line second with a blistering time of 15.12. He picked up his second runner-up finish after he launched the javelin to 60.20 meters (197' 6"), becoming the first NEC thrower to hit the 60-meter mark this season while also surpassing the automatic qualifying standard for the IC4A Championships by 1.50 meters.
