Women's Basketball Battles Hartford in Non-Conference Finale

The Central Connecticut women's basketball team welcomes crosstown rival Hartford on Friday, Dec. 28 inside Detrick Gymnasium. The Blue Devils and the Hawks tip off at 7 p.m. on NEC Front Row. The game marks the 32nd meeting between the two schools.

Series History • The Hartford Hawks hold a 23-8 advantage in the all-time series with the Blue Devils. Last season, Hartford defeated Central 68-52 at the Reich Family Pavilion.

The Blue Devils cut the lead to 45-41 with 7:51 remaining in the game but did not have enough offense to overcome the Bulldogs.
