SAAC Sponsors Dodge Ball Tournament

The Central Connecticut Student Athlete Advisory Committee organized and held a fundraiser to benefit the America Cancer Society on Thursday night, December 8.  Twenty teams participated in the "Dodging Breast Cancer" dodgeball tournament, held in conjunction with Devil's Den 10PM and RecCentral, and helped to raise over $800.

The event, which featured over 300 participants, featured a DJ and Kizer the Blue Devil, as 20 teams battled for the Dodging Breast Cancer title. 

The primary goal of the event was to see which team can fundraise the most money toward breast cancer awareness.  A team featuring several CCSU staff members collected and donated the most money.
