2023 Outdoor: Ran a collegiate best time of 10:15.34 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the UMass Flagship Opener to take fifth place...Competed in the 2,000m steeplechase at the Holy Cross Invitational, crossing the finish line in 6:37.80 to notch a new best time...Placed ninth at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase, coming in at 10:43.27.
