2024 Outdoor: First Team All-Northeast Conference (4x800m)...Placed 3rd at NEC Championships in 800m (1:53.69) and set collegiate-best in 5000 (14:50.39) to place 6th...Ran collegiate-best in 800m (1:52.27) at Blue Devil Invite, 1500m (3:57.77) at UMass Flagship Opener.

2024 Indoor: First Team All-Northeast Conference (DMR) and Second Team All-Northeast Conference (800m)...Ran on gold-winning DMR (10:05.67) and placed 2nd in 800 (1:53.41) at NEC Championships...Set collegiate-best in Mile (4:22.57) at UMass Flagship Invitational.

2023 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Rookie of the Year...All-Northeast Conference...Placed fourth at NEC Championships (25:32.80)...Ran collegiate-best in 10K (31:16.0) at NCAA Regional...NEC Rookie of the Week (Sept. 13, Oct. 4)

2023 Outdoor: First Team All Northeast Conference... NEC Rookie of the Week (5/3)... Competed in the 800m race at the Raleigh Relays meet, finishing in 1:54.00... Notched a personal best time in the 1,500m race at the AIC Yellowjacket Invitational, crossing the finish line in 4:06.40 to place second... Ran a collegiate best time of 1:52.92 in the 800m run at the Blue Devil Invitational, finishing second... Was a part of CCSU’s first place finishing 4x800m relay at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. He also competed in the 800m race, coming in at 1:55.48 to take sixth place... Finished out the season competing in the 800m race at the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet, crossing the finish line in 1:53.20 to place tenth.

2022-23 Indoor: Named NEC Rookie of the Week on 2/14... Placed fourth in the 800m race with a time of 1:54.73 at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships and was a part of the third-place finishing distance medley relay (10:21.42)...Ran the 800m race in 1:53.50 at the Last Chance National Qualifier at BU... Notched personal best time in the 800 at the 2023 Indoor IC4A/ECAC Championships with a time of 1:53.44.

Before Central: Competed for Coach Straight and Coach Osborne at Newtown High School. 2022 All-SWC Cross Country. 2021 All-SWC Cross Country. 2020 All-SWC Indoor Track and Fiel. Indoor 4x800 school record holder. 2022 SWC Outdoor 800m winner.
