2024 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll...Ran 27:14.5 at NEC Championships...Ran 8k collegiate-best (25:57.0) at Lehigh Paul Short Run...Ran 6k collegiate-best (19:09.8) at Ken O'Brien Minuteman Invitational

2024 Outdoor:  First Team All Northeast Conference...Ran on  gold-winning 4x800 relay at NEC Championships (7:45.57)...Ran a collegiate-best time of 1:53.92 in the 800m at CCSU Blue Devil Invite...Placed 7th in the 1500m (3:56.63) at NEC Championships...Ran a collegiate-best 3:55.97 in the 1500m prelims at NEC Championships.

2024 Indoor: Ran the Mile in collegiate-best 4:16:07...Placed 8th in the 3000m at NEC Championships with a time of 8:33.20

2023 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll...Ran the 8K in 26:02.4 at IC4A/ECAC Championships

2023 Outdoor: Ran a personal best and finished 17th in the 1500 (3:58.77) at the UCONN Northeast Challange. In the NEC champsionship finished first in the 4x800 (7:44.71) and 5th in the 1500 (4:04.58). Ran a personal best in the 800 (1:54.76) and finished  14th in the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet. 

2023 Indoor: Finished 7th in the 3000 (8:48.3) and 3rd in the DMR (10:21.42).

2022 Outdoor: Placed 8th in the Steeplechase (9:47.40) and ran on the 4x800 (8:03.51) at the NEC Championships.

2021-22 Indoor: Ran on the DMR (10:38.84) at the NEC Championships and also ran the 800 (1:58.96).

2021 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll.
