2023 Outdoor: Second Team All Northeast Conference... Ran a collegiate best time of 3:56.01 at the UMass Flagship Opener, finishing in 3:56.01... Came in second place in the 5,000m race at the UConn Northeast Challenge, notching a new best time of 14:39.87...Won the 3,000m race at the Blue Devil Invitational, crossing the finish line in 8:29.25 (collegiate best)… Took silver in the 10,000 race at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a collegiate best time of 31:10.70. He also competed in the 5,000m, taking bronze in 15:09.36... Finished out the season competing in the 5,000m race at the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet, crossing in the finish line in 15:02.04 to place ninth.

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... Second Team All-Northeast Conference... Placed second in the mile (4:20.49) and 18th in the 5000m race (15:53.39) at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships to help his team to a second-place finish... Ran a personal best time in the mile (4:11.35) at the Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier at BU... Competed at the 2023 Indoor IC4A/ECAC Championship, finishing 36th in the mile with a time of 4:14.13.

2022 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference... 3x NEC Athlete of the Week... Placed 4th at the NEC Championships, completing the 8K course in 25:05.5...Helped team to a second-place finish. Had four other top ten finishes this season: 1st at the Father Bede Invite (18:52.1), 1st at the Ted Owen Invite (25:29), 3rd at the New England Championships (24:44), and 8th at the CCSU Mini Meet (15:03).

2021-22 Indoor: Placed 6th in the 5,000 (15:04.31) and 9th in the 3,000 (8:38.61) at the NEC Championships...Also ran on the DMR (10:38.84).
