2019 Outdoors: Opened the seaon with a personal best in the 5,000 meter (19:23.87) at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Competed in the same event at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Won the gold and ran a best time of 11:02.03 in the 3,000 meter at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Ran personal bests in both the 10,000 meter (41:35.23) and the 3,000 meters steeplechase (11:48.81) at the NEC Championship...Competed in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (12:00.87) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

2017 Cross Country: Recorded a personal best time of 20:00.6 for the 5K at the 2017 UMass Minuteman XC Invitational...Set a best time of 11:24.5 for the 3K at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Ran the 6K and setting a best time (24:35.0) at the NCAA D1 Norteast Region Cross Country Championships.
