Collegiate Personal Bests (TFFRS)

2023 Outdoor: Ran a collegiate best in the 3,000m steeplechase at the UMass Flagship Opener, coming in at 12:09.82 to place sixth... Finished sixth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 12:16.01. She also was a part of CCSU’s 4x800m relay, which finished sixth in 10:02.18... Finished out the season competing in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 12:19.64 to place 16th.

2022-23 Indoor: Placed 13th in the 3000m race at the Ramapo College Opener, crossing the finish line in 11:40.34 to secure a new personal best. 

2022 Cross Country: Competed at the CCSU Mini Meet, finishing the 3k course with a time of 11:30.7, earning 19th place. Finished 56th at the NEC Championship with a collegiate best 5k time of 20:36.8. Helped the team to win their 5th consecutive NEC Championship.

2022 Outdoor: Ran the 10,000 in 43:17.39 at the Northeast Conference Outdoor championships...Competed in the 3,000 Steeplechase, finishing in 13:22.60...Ran the 1500m in 5:33.29 at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational

2022 Indoor: Ran the 5,000 in 20:17.51 at the NEC Indoor championships...Turned in a season-best time of 19:58.06 in the 5,000 at the Great Dane Classic...Ran the Mile in 5:57.71 at the Lions Indoor Invitational.

2021 Cross Country: Helped team win fourth straight NEC Cross Country title, running 3.1M course in 20:37.8...Ran the CCSU Mini Meet, completing the 3K course in 11:11.3...Completed the 5K course at the New England Championships in 21:09.9

CCSU women’s track and field took fifth place at the UMass Flagship Opener. The Blue Devils’ secured two first-place finishes, one from Ashley Dana in the 1,500m race and the other from Alissa Hurd in the high jump.
