2022 Cross Country: Finished 15th at the Father Bede Invitational, completing the 3.11m race with a time of 20:12.5. Ran in the Ted Owen Invitational, placing 15th with a time of 18:54.5 (5k). Placed 36th at the New England Championships, crossing the finish line of the 5k course with a time of 19:09.2. Ran a collegiate best 5k at the NEC Championship in 18:50.9, earning 15th place and helping her team to win a 5th consecutive NEC Championship. Competed at the NCAA Division 1 Regionals, running the 6k course in 23:32.3 (another collegiate best).

The Central Connecticut women's cross country team ran at the NCAA Northeast Regional on Friday at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, NY. Senior Ashley Dana was the top finisher for the Blue Devils, finishing 67th.
Women's cross country defended it's title for the fifth year in a row, seventh of all-time, and were crowned Northeast Conference Champions on Friday at B & D Acres Farms in Tyrone, PA.
Ashley Dana and Brooke Morabito took fourth and fifth place at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championships this Saturday. The Blue Devils placed three runners in the top 15, finishing second overall behind Quinnipiac.
Senior runner Ashley Dana represented the Blue Devils in this week's Northeast Conference Awards, taking home Athlete of the Week honors as well as being named a NEC Prime Performer.
