2023 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll

2023 Outdoor: Ran a collegiate best time of 4:59.37 in the 1,500 race at the AIC Yellowjacket Invitational to take second place. She also placed third in both in the 800m race and the 4x400m relay... Notched a best time of 2:19.81 in the 800m race at the UConn Northeast Challenge... Won the 800m race at the Blue Devil Invitational and was a part of CCSU’s first place finishing 4x400m relay... Competed in the 800m at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing seventh in 2:21.02. She also ran in CCSU’s 4x800m relay, which finished sixth with a time of 10:02.18... Finished out the season competing in the 800m race at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 2:23.59.

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... Competed at the University of Massachusetts Flagship Indoor Invitational, running the 1000m race in 3:09.10 (personal best)… Ran a best time in the 800m race at the 2023 Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, crossing the finish line in 2:22.02...Ran the 400m dash in 1:01.28 (personal best) at the 2023 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite... Competed in CCSU’s 4x400m relay at the 115th Millrose Games, which finished third with a time of 3:59.38...Finished 10th in the 500m race at the 2023 NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a best time of 1:22.08 to help her team to their second straight Northeast Conference title. 

2022 Cross Country: Northeast Conference All-Rookie. Placed 27th at the Father Bede Invitational, finishing the 3.11m course in 20:39.4. Ran the Ted Owen Invitational 5k in 20:16.7, placing 66th. Competed at the New England Championships (5k), placing 50th with a time of 20:57.5. Ran collegiate bests at the CCSU Mini Meet (3k- 10:49.6), the NEC Championship (5k- 19:50.0), and the NCAA Regional Championship (6k- 24:18.4). Helped the team to win their 5th consecutive NEC Championship. 

Before Central: Competed for head coach Bill Wilkie at East Hampton High School. 2018 2nd Team All-Shoreline. 2019 1st Team All-Shoreline. 2020 Individual Shoreline Conference Champion. 2021 Class S Runner-Up.
