2025 Outdoor: All-NEC Second Team (4x800m) ... NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll (3.20+ GPA) ... Placed 9th in the 1,500m at the NEC Championships (3:58.63) after running 4:02.48 in prelims...Helped the 4x800 relay finish 2nd at NEC Championships (7:45.26) and 3rd at the NEICAAA Championships (7:46.00)...Ran 3:55.74 in the 1,500m at the CCSU Invitational (3rd) and 3:56.37 at the UConn Northeast Challenge (4th)...Clocked 3:58.54 in the 1,500m and 1:55.86 in the 800m at the Raleigh Relays...

2024 Outdoor:  First Team All Northeast Conference...Ran on  gold-winning 4x800 relay at NEC Championships (7:45.57)...Ran a collegiate-best time of 1:53.92 in the 800m at CCSU Blue Devil Invite...Placed 7th in the 1500m (3:56.63) at NEC Championships...Ran a collegiate-best 3:55.97 in the 1500m prelims at NEC Championships.

2024 Indoor: Ran the Mile in collegiate-best 4:16:07...Placed 8th in the 3000m at NEC Championships with a time of 8:33.20

2023 Outdoor: First Team All Northeast Conference... Competed in the 1,500m race at the UConn Northeast Challenge, notching a new collegiate best time of 3:58.77... Ran the 800m at the Blue Devil Invitational, finishing fifth in 1:55.56 … Was a part of CCSU’s first place finishing 4x800m relay (7:44.71) at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. He also competed in the 1,500m run, crossing the finish line 4:03.53... Finished out the season competing in the 800m race at the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet, coming in at 1:54.76 to secure at new collegiate best.

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... Competed in the 3000m race at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing 12th with a new personal best time of 8:44.26... Crossed the finish line in the mile at the 2023 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invite in 4:21.95 for another personal best...Finished seventh in the 3000m race (8:48.32) and was a part of the third place finishing distance medley relay (10:21.42) at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships to help his team to a second-place finish.  

2022 Outdoor: Placed 8th in the Steeplechase (9:47.40) and ran on the 4x800 (8:03.51) at the NEC Championships.

2021-22 Indoor: Ran on the DMR (10:38.84) at the NEC Championships and also ran the 800 (1:58.96).
