NEC Honors Vestergaard, 5th This Season

Senior Madison Vestergaard continues to excel in the NEC, being tabbed Diver of the Week.

The Northeast Conference announced senior Madison Vestergaard as Diver of the Week today for her performance against Wagner on January 28th. Vestergaard has earned Diver of the Week honors a jaw-dropping five times this season and 11 times in her Blue Devil career.

Vestergaard swept the competition on the boards this past weekend against Wagner as she earned first place in both the 1m and 3m events, scoring a season best 239.92 in the 1m diving and 230.62 in the 3m diving. This marks the second meet this season that Vestergaard has swept both diving events and the fifth time she has been honored as NEC Diver of the Week.
