Bio

Pat Holden joined the Central Connecticut State University softball program as an assistant coach in 2016. While on the staff at Central, he has helped develop a total of 28 All-Northeast Conference honorees.

Holden graduated from Central Connecticut in 2004 and won three NEC Championships in 2002, 2003, and 2004 as a member of the baseball team.

Holden lives in Plainville, CT, with his wife, Cathy, and daughter and son.

  • Set records in high school at St. Margaret's for batting average in a season (.672) and, on the mound, for career strikeouts (401).
