CCSU Community Invited to Take Part in Men's Basketball Annual Blue Devil Run
21st Annual Blue Devil Run to take place on Sept. 28.
The Central Connecticut men's basketball team will have its annual Blue Devil Run on Wednesday, September 28, at 8:00 a.m. This season the CCSU community of students, staff and faculty are invited to run or walk in the 21st annual run with head coach Donyell Marshall and his program to signify the unofficial opening of the season.
The 3.03-mile course will begin in front of the Kaiser Hall main entrance and proceed up Kaiser Drive to Ella Grasso Blvd. The course will go west on Ella Grasso Blvd. and continue onto Eddy Glover Blvd. before turning east onto Francis St. The run will turn north onto Stanley St. and then turn onto Ella Grasso Blvd. before concluding at the starting point on Kaiser Drive.
"There is a new level of excitement around coach Marshall and the program," said Director of Basketball Operations Dustin Dobbs. "We look forward to sharing that buzz with the CCSU students, faculty, and staff at the 21st annual Blue Devil Run. We are very excited to carry on a great tradition here at CCSU and look forward to a great morning with the entire CCSU family."
