2023 Outdoor: First Team All Northeast Conference... NEC Rookie of the Week 5/3... Competed in the 800m race at the Raleigh Relays meet, finishing in 1:54.00... Notched a personal best time in the 1,500m race at the AIC Yellowjacket Invitational, crossing the finish line in 4:06.40 to place second... Ran a collegiate best time of 1:52.92 in the 800m run at the Blue Devil Invitational, finishing second... Was a part of CCSU’s first place finishing 4x800m relay at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. He also competed in the 800m race, coming in at 1:55.48 to take sixth place... Finished out the season competing in the 800m race at the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet, crossing the finish line in 1:53.20 to place tenth.

2022-23 Indoor: Named NEC Rookie of the Week on 2/14... Placed fourth in the 800m race with a time of 1:54.73 at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships and was a part of the third-place finishing distance medley relay (10:21.42)...Ran the 800m race in 1:53.50 at the Last Chance National Qualifier at BU...
