Women's Basketball Hosts Pair of Home Games This Week
The Central Connecticut State women's basketball team hosts its home-opener on Thursday and will play a pair of home games this week. The Blue Devils host Sacred Heart on Thursday night and will then play UMass Lowell at home on Saturday.

• Lucia Noin scored 18 points in the opener at Bryant, then grabbed 10 rebounds at Providence. She leads the team in both categories (12.0 ppg, 7.0 rpg). Among NEC leaders she ranks 10th in scoring and 6th in rebounding.
• Kiyah Lewis posted her first double-figure scoring game with a team-high 10 points against Providence on Monday night. She scored 9 points in the opener.
• Kayla Henry is CCSU's most-experienced returning starter. She entered the season with 57 career games played and 17 games started. She has averaged 15.0 minutes, 2.3 ppg, 3.0 rpg in her career, while shooting almost 42.0% from the field.
• Cierra Pearson has started the first two games, the first starts of her career (69 games). She is averaging 6.0 ppg and 3.5 rpg in 30.5 minutes per game.
• Despite standing just 5-3, Na-Kyah Williams ranks 2nd on the team in rebounding (5.5 rpg). She has started both games and is playing 28.4 minutes. She collected 7 boards at PC.
