Women's Basketball Takes Western PA Road Trip
Blue Devils play at Mercyhurst and Saint Francis
The Central Connecticut State women's basketball team takes its final road trip of the regular season, travelling to Mercyhurst and Saint Francis for two key NEC matchups. Thursday's game versus the Lakers is an Education Day game, with tip scheduled for noon.

OPENING NOTES
• Saturday's game marks the final Division I matchup between CCSU and SFU, as the Red Flash will leave the NEC at the end of the season to move to Division III
• Lucia Noin and Kiyah Lewis were named NEC Player and Rookie of the Week on Monday, after both scoring 25 in the win over Chicago State.
• The Blue Devils shot a season-best 54.9% (28-51) from the field versus Chicago State on 2/21 and scored a season-best 86 points

• Lucia Noin raised her scoring average to 13.2 ppg, which ranks fourth in the NEC and is third in the NEC shooting 40.6 percent from the field this season.
• Noin leads the team in scoring, rebounds, assists (64) and steals (52). Noin has scored 24 or more points five times, including a career-high 30 the last time versus SFU, a game in which she shot a career-best 12-20. She has posted single-game career-highs in rebounds (12), assist (6) and steals (6) this season.
• Kiyah Lewis has now scored in double figures 14 times and more than 20 on four occasions. She is shooting 79.3 percent from the free throw line.
• Lewis is scoring 13.2 ppg versus league foes, fourth-best.
• The Blue Devils have five or more steals in every league game, with six games of 10 or more against NEC opponents. For the year, CCSU has eight double-digit steal games, with a season-best 16 versus UMass Lowell.
• Cierra Pearson flirted with a triple-double on senior day, scoring 11 points, collecting nine rebounds and nine steals - and is just the fifth player in the nation to post that line.
• Nicora Patrick has double figures in four of the last six games, with 10 Saturday versus Chicago State
• Christa Ramos and Trinity Barnes both scored six in the win over Chicago State, a season-high for Barnes
