Volleyball Closes Non-Conference Play at Bryant on Tuesday Night
The Central Connecticut volleyball team fell at Bryant in its final non-conference match of the season on Tuesday in Smithfield, RI. The Bulldogs won the match, 3-0.
Central is off until beginning Northeast Conference play against Chicago State on October 4.

KEY MOMENTS
- The Bulldogs scored the first four points in the opening set and did not trail in the frame. A kill by Isabella Bratzke, followed by a block by Lauren Milani and Amanda Tokam made it 8-6. Bryant would score three straight to end the threat and eventually pushed the lead to 20-9 before closing out the set.
- Olivia Keckler had a kill to tie the second set 4-all. Bryant nudged ahead with three straight points and would force a CCSU timeout after building a 14-7 lead. The Bulldogs would close the set with four straight points to take a 2-0 lead in the match.
- In the third set, Bryant led 15-10 before Annabelle served back-to-back aces as part of a 9-0 run. Keckler would have a pair of kills in the spurt following a Bulldogs timeout. Bryant would scratch back to tie the set before going ahead 22-20. The Blue Devils would momentarily get within a point following a kill by Milani, but Bryant would score three straight to close out the match.

- Milani had a team-high nine kills to go with five digs and two blocks.
